This delightful townhouse, rebuilt by the Victorians in 1883, retains many of its original features and is decorated and furnished to a superb standard, reflecting 19th Century style, with modern facilities. It comprises:

Entrance into luxury kitchen and dining area with a terracotta tiled floor, fully fitted period style units and equipped with all appliances including a double oven, grill and ceramic hob with extractor, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

Door to rear lobby, garden and patio for sitting and eating out ~ dining furniture and gas barbecue in season. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities.


The lounge features a stone fireplace and mantlepiece with a marble hearth, an original Victorian cast-iron radiator, period funiture, leather sofas, satellite tv and radio, video, dvd (free access to our library of over 300 feature films) and hifi; staircase to first floor landing.

A second lounge is available on request, which could be used as a study or just to escape from the rest of the family!

All three individually designed, and tastefully furnished bedrooms have fitted carpet and wardrobes, washbasin, heated towel rail, bedside cabinets with table lamps, chest of drawers, ctv, video, cd player, radio, hairdryer and dimmable room lighting.

Bedroom Lord Nelson is sumptuous with its memorabilia and hugh 'Queen Anne' four-poster bed, tapestry drapes and a hipbath with seat and hand shower, hidden away in an alcove. Wow!

Bedroom Lady Jane features a Victorian double bed with brass finials and a tiled vanity unit. A child's cot is available for this room on request.

Bedroom Emma has a single bed and a walk-in shower cubicle.

The family bathroom has a circular corner bath with an integral seat and telephone taps; handbasin and wc.

Gas-fired central heating in included in the cost.
